The review explores Pure Portal’s Primary features, including comprehensive researcher profiles, analytics, and reporting tools, open-access compliance tracking, and collaboration mapping. By consolidating key research data and facilitating the integration of various metrics, Pure Portal allows institutions to showcase their research on a global platform, helping researchers build robust academic profiles and attract collaborations. This study discusses the system's benefits, such as its role in boosting institutional reputation, simplifying research data management, and enabling data-driven decisions. Challenges related to costs, customization limitations, and data privacy concerns are also addressed, institutions like the University of St Andrews and Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) illustrate the impact of the platform.
